Had the team paid more attention to the script, added one or two stronger twists, and made the screenplay more engaging, Korean Kanakaraju could have turned into a much better film. Korean Kanakaraju is a decent time-pass entertainer that can be given a watch this weekend.

Altogether, Korean Kanakaraju turns out to be a hilarious entertainer. Varun Tej came up with an impressive and terrific performance. However, Merlapaka Gandhi though came up with an interesting story, he ended up confusing viewers with lot of Korean language dialogues and also few unnecessary scenes. Had he done away with them and turned the script stronger and Screenplay tighter, things would have been different.

On the whole, Korean Kanakaraju is a neat horror-comedy entertainer that keeps the laughs coming consistently. The Indo-Korean crossover, healthy comedy, Varun Tej’s dual avatar, and Satya’s fantastic comedy timing keep the proceedings entertaining. Some blemishes include logic taking a backseat and an underwhelming climax with below-par CGI. That said, Korean Kanakaraju is a fun watch that delivers good entertainment. Recommended.

Korean Kanakaraju works well on the entertainment front, delivering several laughable moments in both halves. Varun Tej is good in the dual role, and Satya excels as usual with his impeccable comic timing. The Korean Kanakaraju business needs strong word-of-mouth to sustain beyond the opening weekend. While the film offers enough laughs for horror-comedy lovers, flat moments in the second half and an underwhelming climax prevent it from being a complete winner. It’s a decent theatrical watch, especially for fans of the genre.
