Movie Nalugu Stambalata directed by Jandhyala, the duo of Veerabhadra Rao and Velu became popular as “Sutti Janta” as boss and assistant. Veerabhadra Rao identifies himself as the savior of Telugu language and Indian tradition. A hardcore nationalist who never accepts the greatness of other countries. He uses a phrase very often “NINNU EE DESANNI BAGU CHEYYATAM NA VALLA KADU” ( I can’t change you and this country) nobody requested him to do so but he feels like doing it for the sake of society. Interestingly he relates that mathematician Pythagoras as Pydavari Abbai of Visakha, and scientist Newton as Nutana belongs to Bengal. Likewise, he relates everything to Indian people and tradition. He never agrees that a foreigner is an inventor or doing something great. He never listens to others, he will be on his waterfall flow, his assistant names his flow as Sutti (hammer). He classifies the different flows as different hammers. The word “SUTTI” became popular during the 80s and it is everlasting, irrespective of year and time. It has become one-word phrase among Telugu people. The spontaneity and the nonstop flow of dialogues and clarity in a voice made Veerabhadra Rao as SUTTI VEERABHADRA RAO. The audience enjoyed to see him on the screen with different phrases and style. His screen presence was a year less, a decade made him unforgettable even after three decades of his absence from the screen, It really counts.
