Director Deva Katta has given only flops in his decade career in Tollywood. while his movies Vennela and Prasthanam was a commercial failures. Katta’s last directorial Autonagar Surya with Naga Chaitanya too ended as a disaster.
Surprisingly, Deva katta got a bollywood offer. He will be remaking Prasthanam in Hindi with Sanjay Dutt will play the role of Sai kumar and he would be producing the movie under Sanjay Dutt Productions in association with Aakarshan Entertainment. Ali Fazal and Amyra Dastur are roped to play important roles in the film, which will start rolling on June 1st which marks birth anniversary of Sanjay Dutt’s mother Nargis Dutt.
