TELUGU SWAG RATING: [usr 3.2]

Top Reviewers:

TELUGU 360 (Rating: 3/5):

Shankar and team delivered a Box-office winner in the form of ‘2.0’. First half is pretty average, second half is good AND last 30 minutes is VFX Extravaganza! Story wise there is not much to rave about and Shankar’s mark in effectiveness is gone missing. Emotional connect is limited, good in the Birdman (Akshay) ‘s flashback which is the crux of the film. Overall, you may watch it for its big-ticket action episodes. 2.0

Great Andhra(Rating: 3.25/5):

Overall, “2.0” is one of its kind film that cannot be compared with any of the previous films made. It is unique and sets the bar high for upcoming Indian films with big ambitions.

Mirchi9 (Rating: 3/5):

Overall, 2.0 is a very entertaining one time watch for sure. But the lack of heart and a weak emotional appeal of the central theme is what stops the movie from soaring to new heights. A visual spectacle no doubts, but lacking on the emotional appeal.

123TELUGU (Rating: 3.75/5):

On the whole, 2.0 is a visual extravaganza which makes you go wow in every which way. Be it the international level VFX, the action thrills between Rajini and Akshay, lavish sets and amazing action, this films is one hell of an experience for the viewers.

Times Of India (Rating: 3/5):

Like the title suggests, Shankar’s latest venture is quite literally the 2.0 version of his earlier film Robot. The film revolves around the familiar theme of a wronged individual taking revenge on the people who ruined his life – and Shankar gives us a film that has a blend of sci-fi, horror and a whole lot of special effects.
