POSANI KRISHNA MURALI an Indian scriptwriter, actor, director and producer who primarily works in Telugu Cinema. He was born in 1958, in Pedakakani, Guntur Dist of Andhra Pradesh. He is a Postgraduate in Telugu Lit, before stepping into the industry. He did his MPhil while working as an assistant to writing duo Paruchuri Brothers. Murali worked for five years under the Paruchuri Brothers assisting them in over 100 films. Finally, in 1992, he landed into a job of writing story and dialogues for the film Police Brothers under the direction of Mohan Gandhi. He began his acting career with Srihari’s Evadra rowdy in 2001 for which he also wrote story and screenplay.
Temper is a 2015 Telugu movie directed by Puri Jagannath, in which Posani played as an honest Police Constable Narayana Murthy, working under a corrupt Inspector Daya (Jr.NTR). The ideological differences between Murthy and Daya are well established because Jr.NTR and Posani performed their roles competitively. Murthy will never salute him even Daya demands, and Murthy Confirm that, if he is compelled to do so he is prepared to cut his hand. And Murthy never fumbles to touch money which is not hard earned. He even asks his daughter to stop her studies since he is not capable of paying the fee, holding lakhs of corrupt money belongs to Daya, in front of him. He tries to oppose Daya’s deeds which go vain. But dramatical change will take place when Daya falls in love with Jhanavi, she changes his mindset she demands a birthday gift which creates differences between Daya and Waltair Vasu, whose brothers commit rape followed by murder because of his ignorance. He will get repent for his past behavior, Murthy recognizes the change and he salutes him for the first time when he slashes the men of Vasu Murthy continue saluting him. Murthy warns Vasu by throwing the bodies of his men from his vehicle, Posani’s performance reaches to peaks in this scene of high voltage. He played a pivotal role even in the conclusion of the movie. Murthy’s role is one of the best roles in his acting career.
Initially, Narayana Murthy character was offered to RED STAR NARAYANA MURTHY, but he was not willing to present in other than his own movies, Posani has got this chance to portray the powerful role, which has added one more feather in the cap of Posani.
After writing about one hundred and fifty movies, Posani Krishna Murali decided to direct a film. He established a production the production company called U P Cinema lines in 2005, he wrote, directed and produced the movie Sravanamasam.
