The movie has been titled Ruler and the regular shoot will commence from next month. Rx-100 beauty Payal Rajput is playing the male lead in the film, latest we hear that f2 star Honey Mehreen Pirzada is also roped in to romance ruler as the second heroine in this action drama. Being Produced by C Kalyan the pre-production works of the film are currently in the final stages and Ruler shoot will be wrapped up by October and will hit the silver screens during Dasara this year.
