My relationship status with food depends on my mood ! That needs to change ! Food is medicine & too much or too little isn’t great - it needs to be just right ( customised to ur body’s needs ) . Sharing what I follow on vacay : Avoid carbs as much as possible Get as much sleep as possible ( try 12 hours - it will almost be like intermittent fasting 😉) Walk as much as possible - no public transport Think about @mariekondo before U shop I prefer shorter holidays than long ones so it’s bk to work Tom for me ! 6 am - rise & shine
