Fahadh Faasil, a prominent figure in Malayalam cinema and in south cinema as well, has several interesting facts surrounding his career and personal life.
FACT 01:
He is the son of renowned filmmaker Fazil, but initially, he was reluctant to enter the film industry. After a failed debut, he pursued higher education in the US and later made a successful comeback.

Very unexpected bounce back to the front line of Malayalam cinema from a very pathetic performance in first film “Kaiyethum Doorath” (2002) directed by his father Fazil . Shanu was his film name and it was in age 19 he debuted .After a sabbatical of nearly eight years, Fahad Fazil returned in the anthology film Kerala Cafe (2009) directed and produced by Director Renjith . Fahadh Fazil won the 2011 Kerala State Film Award for Second Best Actor for his performance in the films Akam and Chaappa Kurish.

After Annayum Rasoolum released fahad openly proposed costar Andrea Jeremiah which she rejected. Fahadh and Nazriya met on the sets of “Bangalore Days” and married in 2014, they both jointly run a production company called “Fahadh & Friends”.
