TELUGU 360 (Rating: 2.25/5):
The background score by Vikas is impressive. Some of the scenes are well elevated because of the background score. The social media memes and the double meaning dialogues did not work in Shivam Bhaje. Though the concept of the film is quite interesting, films like Shivam Bhaje need a great engaging narrative along with grandeur throughout. This is missing in Shivam Bhaje.
Cine Josh (Rating: 2/5):
Altogether, Shivam Bhaje turns out to be silly thriller. Ashwin Babu has penchant for creativity but he should be realistic while giving inputs to his directors rather than just getting carried away by an interesting element. He did the same mistake with Shivam Bhaje getting fascinated by Apsar’s interesting point. Little fine-tuning of the script and story would have added value. Considering all these elements, Cinejosh goes with a 2 star rating for Shivam Bhaje.
Mirchi9 (Rating: 2.75/5):
Ashwin Babu‘s performance in “Shivam Bhaje” deserves a round of applause. He delivers a compelling portrayal, showcasing his versatility and ability to hold the audience’s attention. Director Apsar deserves recognition for the intriguing elements woven into the narrative. The film’s potential for greater impact is clear; a few more twists and turns, coupled with a gripping screenplay, could have elevated “Shivam Bhaje” to another level. While the film offers a promising beginning, it falls slightly short in its execution, leaving the audience yearning for a more immersive experience.
123TELUGU (Rating: 2/5):
On the whole, Shivam Bhaje is a disappointing thriller with a lackluster plot. Although Ashwin Babu and Arbaaz Khan deliver fine performances, the film’s weak storyline and ineffective screenplay fall short. It’s advisable to explore other entertainment options this weekend.
Times Of India (Rating: 2.25/5):
Overall, Shivam Bhaje had a superb scope to be a solid thriller. But that does not happen as the build-up is slow, and when things matter the most, they are hurried, making the film a boring watch.
