Top Reviewers:

TELUGU360 (Rating: 2.5/5):

Aadhi Pinisetty’s Drive stands out for its fresh attempt at exploring cyber warfare and media power dynamics in Telugu cinema. Despite losing steam in the second half, the film remains a watchable one-time thriller thanks to its strong performances, stylish execution, and engaging premise.

GREAT ANDHRA (Rating: 2.25/5):

Drive ends up as a dull and uninspired revenge drama. With a weak storyline and flat execution, the film leaves little impact. Aadhi Pinisetty’s potential feels underutilized, and stronger writing could have transformed it into a gripping thriller.

MIRCHI9 (Rating: 1.75/5):

Ultimately, Drive Turns Out To Be A Passive And Mediocre Revenge Movie That Fails To Find Its Groove. Poor Writing And Less Than Impressive Performance Thins Out A Notion That Could Have Been So Much More. Aadhi Pinisetty Is Left With A Part That Could Have Used A Lot More Work. Had There Been A Keener Storytelling And Stronger Direction, It Would Have Made A Great Cyber Thriller. At Its Current State, Drive Is A Pass.

123TELUGU.com (Rating: 2/5):

On the whole, Drive is a dull revenge drama with no freshness. The weak story and flat execution prevent the film from making any impact, and Aadhi Pinisetty’s performance feels wasted. With stronger writing and direction, it could have been a solid thriller, but it falls far short. It is an easy film to skip.

Times Of India (Rating: 2.5/5):

Altogether, Akhanda 2 Thaandavam turns out to be mass entertainer with a spiritual touch. Boyapati Sreenu showed Balakrishna in out and out mass role and he delighted all the fans by showing him as Aghora and spreading spirituality and sending powerful message in a action entertainer. But he lost the plot as the story turned out to be pretty ordinary. Except for Balakrishna’s Aghora role, the film offered nothing new and over the top action sequences and lengthy, preachy dialogues dampened the spirits. Little finetuning of the script, powerful elements would have added more firepower to this mass sanatana dharma entertainer.
