Top Reviewers:
TELUGU360 (Rating: 3/5):
Andhra King Taluka is an emotion-driven rural drama that celebrates the deep bond between stars and their fans. With strong performances, heartfelt writing, and few tear-jerking moments, the film will connect strongly with families, hardcore fans, and industry insiders alike. A good, feel-heavy watch for those who enjoy nostalgic, emotional storytelling.
GREAT ANDHRA (Rating: 2.75/5):
Altogether, Andhra King Taluka turns out to be a decent entertainer. Ram is good with his performance and director Mahesh Babu tried to surprise viewers with a different plot. He starts the proceedings in an interesting way despite taking his own sweet time but from then on many monotonous and predictable elements crept in. The story suffers from missing emotions and this impacted the film’s final result hugely. A little fine-tuning of the script, doing away with the routine elements, more powerful charcter arcs, turning the screenplay racy and interesting and high elements could have added value to the narration.
MIRCHI9 (Rating: 2.75/5):
Overall, Andhra King Taluka works as a one-time watch for its genuine attempt to build a story around a fan and a star. A few well-crafted sequences and some neat writing help it hold together. But do not expect the film to move you emotionally.
123TELUGU.com (Rating: 3/5):
On the whole, Andhra King Taluka is a decent watch that sincerely explores the depth of a fan’s devotion. Ram Pothineni delivers a composed performance that many viewers will connect with. Upendra stands out in his limited role, and Bhagyashri Borse makes her presence felt. The runtime and uneven pacing slow the film at a few places, but several moments work well, especially for cinephiles. The film ultimately feels like a heartfelt tribute to the bond between a fan and his hero.
